What We Do
We act as a professional connector by introducing pre-qualified beauty professionals, organizations, and commercial users to available suites and spaces listed through SuiteLink.

Support owners and leasing teams with qualified leads
How the Process Works
A qualified prospect is identified through a targeted audience analytics process.
Once the owner or authorized representative agrees to the connector terms, tenant details and application materials are shared.
The leasing agent schedules the tour and manages the leasing process directly.
If a lease is executed, the connector fee is applied.
Connector Fee
A one-time success-based connector fee equal to one month’s/week's agreed rent.
Payment Terms
The connector fee is due only if a lease is signed with an introduced prospect.
Payment is due at lease execution.
Referral Protection
Introduced prospects are considered protected referrals for 90 days from the date of introduction.
Any lease executed within this period qualifies for the connector fee.
Professional Communication
To ensure efficiency and professionalism, all applications and tenant materials are sent directly to the designated leasing agent.
